All decisions around suitable weather for departures and the safety of those on board are up to the Skipper on the day.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) for the duration of the activity. The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the child(ren) in their care behave appropriately and comply with all safety instructions and directions provided by Chris Jolly Outdoors staff. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in participation being declined or terminated without refund where safety is compromised.
